Our scope
One operating base
Every sector above runs on the same base. The conditions are its own.
Whatever you ship, the operation underneath is one: stock held cleared inside the EU, picked and packed, and dispatched across the member states, with your product's own handling respected. Each sector page above shows how that base runs for it.
- One bonded pool Your stock enters in bulk and waits inside the EU customs union, with duty and import VAT held until each order ships.
- One fulfilment operation The same operation picks, packs, kits, and handles returns, with each product kept to its own conditions.
- One EU dispatch Once stock is in, every order leaves as a domestic delivery across the member states, not a fresh import.

More of what we run
If your category is not above, it is probably here.
These categories run through the same operation every day, and none of them needed a dedicated page. The line is built per product, not per category: custom kitting, packaging, and labeling configured around what you ship, one operator across B2C and B2B.
- Pet care Dated and bagged goods held inside the EU and dispatched direct or to the trade.
- Sports equipment Bulky, mixed-size stock stored and shipped as parcels or freight, whichever the order needs.
- Toys Seasonal consumer stock held ready before the peak and dispatched on time through it.
- Furniture Oversize and palletised items stored and delivered as scheduled freight.
- Lighting Fragile fittings picked and packed with care and shipped from inside the EU.
- Hand tools Heavy small goods held in volume and dispatched direct or to distributors.
- Automotive accessories Recurring SKUs held cleared inside the EU and dispatched as the orders arrive.
- Textiles Stock with many lines and sizes received, stored, and picked order by order.
- Packaging Volume stock for recurring business buyers, delivered on the schedule they set.
- Agriculture tech Equipment staged inside the EU and released to buyers on their schedule.
- Outdoor and garden Seasonal volume held through the year and dispatched when the season opens.
- Baby products Consumer goods picked, packed, and shipped, with returns brought into one workflow.
- Office equipment Business orders delivered as scheduled freight from one held stock.
- Beauty devices Consumer electronics handled with care and shipped branded from inside the EU.
- Household appliances Boxed and palletised units stored, dispatched, and returned through one operation.

Across every sector
What multi-sector brands ask before they pick a European operator.
Which sectors does EFC run operations for?
EFC runs European operations across seven sectors today, medtech, cosmetics and beauty, supplements, electronics and connected devices, technical B2B and industrial, food, and marketplace and retail, plus a separate, narrowly scoped page for defense-adjacent equipment. Each one has its own page above describing how the operation runs, down to the sub-segments inside it.
My product spans two of these sectors. Which page applies?
EFC builds the operation around your product, not around a sector page, so both apply. EFC builds the line per product, with custom kitting, packaging, and labeling, under one operator across B2C and B2B.
What if my sector is not listed here?
EFC configures the operation per product, not per category, so the pages above are where it is written down, not the boundary of what EFC runs. Tell us what you move and where it sells.
Is stock available inside the EU before orders arrive?
EFC holds your goods cleared and ready to dispatch in its European centres. Availability is not a shipping promise from abroad: the stock is already in, already through customs, and on the shelf when the order arrives.
Does repeat volume stop at the EU border every time?
EFC clears customs when stock enters the EU, so it does not stop at the border each time. After entry, each delivery to a buyer moves as domestic freight.
When are duty and import VAT due on stock EFC holds for us in Europe?
EFC holds your stock in one customs pool, so duty and import VAT are deferred until each order actually ships, rather than paid up front on the whole inbound shipment. Stock you are holding but have not yet sold has not triggered those charges, whatever the sector.
How do customs and VAT work when we sell across several EU countries?
Because EFC ships from stock already inside the EU, a sale to another EU country is a domestic dispatch rather than a fresh import into the buyer country, the case the EU One-Stop-Shop VAT scheme is built for. One logic covers the onward sales instead of a customs event on every cross-border order.
How does a conversation with EFC start?
EFC starts from your volume, your products, and the operations that would move inside the EU, covered on a call. Send a few details and the operations team will reply.
