Accessibility
EFC, European Fulfillment Centers, intends this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.
1.The standard EFC applies
This website is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the current W3C Recommendation. WCAG 2.2 AA also covers the earlier WCAG 2.1 AA standard referenced by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549. EFC has not yet completed a full independent conformance audit, so this page states an intent and a working standard, not a certified result.
2.Why EFC commits to this
The European Accessibility Act, Directive (EU) 2019/882, in force since 28 June 2025, sets accessibility requirements for a defined set of consumer products and services. A business-to-business information website such as this one sits at the edge of that scope. EFC applies WCAG 2.2 AA regardless, because an accessible website is a basic mark of a serious operation, and because the standard is the right one to build to as scope evolves.
3.What conformance means here
In practice, EFC aims for: text that meets contrast requirements; a layout that works with the keyboard alone; content that reflows on small screens and at high zoom; meaningful text alternatives for non-text content; respect for a visitor's reduced-motion preference; and clear, plainly written content.
4.Known limitations
This website is new and still being refined toward full WCAG 2.2 AA. Known areas EFC is working through include text alternatives and declared dimensions on some images, skip-to-content links on a few page types, and keyboard and focus behaviour in some interactive components. Each is being addressed as the site matures. Any barrier reported is treated the same way: reviewed, and resolved as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.How EFC keeps the site accessible
Accessibility is considered when the website is designed and built, and the website is reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA at each significant change.
6.Reporting an issue
Anyone who encounters a barrier on this website is invited to report it to sales@efcemail.com, with the page address and a short description of the problem. EFC aims to acknowledge a report promptly and to resolve confirmed issues as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.Review
This statement is reviewed when the website changes materially and at least once a year. It was last reviewed on the date above.
